Very bad experience. Prepaid booking through Ctrip cost more than 2,300 yuan for 2 days, without breakfast. The front desk still gave me the bill when I checked in, and asked whether to use my credit card to debit the account. After communication, there will be no charge. Only when I checked in did I know that there was only one window in the room that could not be opened facing the gym.
Before check-out, the service stuffed the printed bill through the crack of the door again, but I went to the front desk to explain to avoid double payment.
What's even more annoying is that the price of the bill is only more than 1,700 yuan, which is 600 yuan less than the prepaid booking with my Ctrip. Isn't Ctrip too unkind.
The Super 8 next to it is only more than 500 yuan a night including breakfast, which is too different.
At this price and this kind of service, should Ctrip refund my money?

This hotel was great! Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. If we are in Fairmont again, this is the hotel I would choose. Awesome to have the Green Mill attached and McDonalds and Taco Bell very close.

Common areas were nice and room seemed nice until I saw the trash in the corner and pile of trash against wall by night stand. Makes you wonder if the room was cleaned at all. Also the toilet doesn't flush properly.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Our room location was perfect and close enough to the door to the parking lot that wrangling two littles was not a problem. The pull out couch for the littles was very easy to set up and the bedding was readily available. My only complaint would be that I wish the lighting in the entry to the room or in the bathroom was a bit brighter so getting makeup on for holiday dinner was a bit easier.

Very good location and the stay was uneventful which is always good when traveling. Stayed here before when it was a Holiday Inn, it has definitely improved over time. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if passing through Fairmont, MN

2nd stay in last 6 mo. The 1st the ac didn’t work. This time there was many black bugs in the room & a half eaten dog treat under the bed. No maid service during our stay. No problem with that on a holiday but we stayed 3 nights. 3rd stay in 2 years and this hotel seems to be going downhill more every time. Best Western used to be one of my favorites but I am super disappointed in this hotel now & not sure that I will stay again.

We stayed at the Fairmont Best Western despite living in this same town! We booked 2 adjoining rooms to accommodate a fun swimming overnight party for 7 kids. The restaurant service was excellent and the pool and game room activities were great! The rooms were very clean and a perfect place alongside the pool for 7 energetic 12 yo boys!
