酒店稍微老舊，但價格實惠。離高速不遠，方便自駕出行。有大堂門口有酒店自己的地面停車場，比較方便。最近防城港好多路段都在施工，從酒店開車至東興國門口岸要一個半小時，到萬尾金灘近一個小時十分鐘，到白浪灘約四十分鐘，入住的朋友可提前規劃好行程。

房間衞生差，馬桶沖水沒有水壓還是什麼的，上個廁所，馬桶堵了。設施老久沒有更新。住了很多維也納酒店，這次體驗不是很好。

春節出遊，這家維也納，設施很好，衞生也可以，隔壁還有一個菜市場和超市，購物也很方便，附近的牛雜粉很好吃哦。整體很滿意，推薦入住。停車也方便

空調是中央空調，設定恆温，25°，但開出來卻是暖氣，溝通之後因時間太晚無法聯繫工程部來處理，解決方案，給我們配置風扇……170多一個晚上的房間，空調都用不了。每個房間每個客人需求都不一樣，對冷熱的感知也不一樣，怎麼可能酒店統一房間温度！地攤是臟的，有明顯的污漬。而且床鋪也有一些污漬（但不明顯），維也納好歹也是品牌連鎖酒店，這樣的衞生環境，和所謂的規定，你們是否要重新考慮一下，重新合理的整改一下？！

我住這個房，拖鞋不給一雙，這個空調還***響，吵得睡不着覺，這個電視就是個擺設，世界盃都看不了，這個維也納是我住過最差的，真low。
