This hotel makes me feel very comfortable. I like both the environment and the accommodation. I especially like their rooms with fireplaces. It feels as warm and relaxing as in my own home.

After we had gotten unpacked and settled in, I went into the restroom area, and there was hair everywhere. We asked them to send housekeeping down to clean it and they didn’t have anybody in the evening so we got a vacuum and cleaned it ourselves. There was also urine on the part of the toilet. They offered to move us, but we didn’t want to repack all of our stuff.

This hotel needs to update many things. Our towels were very worn, the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and did not stay closed. Stains on the couch and on the comforter. My daughter dropped something and found a large pill capsule on the floor that was not ours. Looks nice on the outside but very worn down in the rooms.

Room was great except that the door didn’t lock when closed. Had to lift on the door knob to click it close. Bathroom has rust stains around the tub.

Room was not vacuumed at check in and a few minor issues but overall a great stay. Spa was broken and pool area tired looking in need of an update. Staff was very nice would stay again

Staff was excellent, breakfast very good. Pool/hot tub felt like it needed to be remodeled, a bit rough and highly chlorinated. Rooms were overall nice, but could use some updates. Happy with the choice for the price and what we wanted for a hotel room this weekend

The good things were comfortable bed, spacious room, convenient location. Unfortunately, there were several hairs on the bathroom floor, even after we complained and they cleaned it the next day, there were still hairs. The hot tub didn’t work which we were specifically wanting. I’m not sure if we would have used it anyway considering it didn’t look clean or like it needed painting. The front desk guy was not very friendly. I’m sure he works a lot but being pleasant would be nice.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast was nice, room was clean.
The pool area is dirty. Needs a clean badly. Stuff all over the pool deck.
I think the guy who maybe was the manager could have smiled once. Longer dark hair. I don’t think he smiled once and I passed him several times in the lobby. I never said anything about the personalities while at the hotel and as soon as we walked out my husband looked at me and said “wow. They are all a friendly bunch.” Sarcasm of course.
I get it working for people is hard but these guys need to try a little. The breakfast lady was a gem though. Very friendly and kept on top of things.
