This was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging.
There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing.
The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

Standard hotel. My main complaint is that the hotel seemed fully booked (which is fine) but they did not have enough staff, particularly at breakfast. The food was running out and kids were making messes left and right and the staff could not keep up. Management needs to bring on additional help when they are so full. We never even used the pool as it seemed so full in there at all times. Just something to be aware of if your plans really include the pool.

Pool and hot tub were shut down and there was an entire hockey team checking in at 3pm as they refused to let anyone check in a minute early.

I loved staying here. My only complaints are breakfast ends too early, and the rooms are not quiet at all. I heard the people partying above me all night every night.

The water pressure in the shower was non existent. I stayed in your hotel because I was having surgery. The lack of water pressure made my pre surgical presentation almost impossible. Very disappointing

Property was very busy with hockey/soccer tournaments. Lots of kids and families. Was a bit overwhelming and not as quiet and relaxing as I would have liked, but staff were great and helpful and stayed still nice.

Pool was freezing, kids couldn’t enjoy it. Towels were never stocked and always in the “wash”. Breakfast was very whatever, it was a busy weekend and staff was not prepared. Staff was unfriendly, seamed overwhelmed. Rooms need a deep clean, a lot of areas that got missed over and over which made me question how well the areas that did get tidied were actually cleaned in between stays. I spent a lot of time looking for the right hotel that checked all the boxes, unfortunately was not impressed with this one.

It was noisy and loud. It’s a huge hotel so lots of kids sports teams stay there. Running in the hallways. Pools open until 11. Dorty, slow elevators. Would not recommend.
