房東非常熱情，回覆很快，有問必答。住房地理位置優越，距鳳縣噴泉廣場非常近，出小區大門就可以看。小區周邊環境也很好，導航很容易可以找到，附近吃飯很方便。房間乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適整潔，室內傢俱、用具齊全。是度假、旅遊休息的好地方。

房子乾淨整潔，老闆服務熱情周到，接我們到民宿門口，然後讓我們先看房間，滿意後再入住，被尊重到。
出民宿小區門就是鳳凰湖景區，晚上看噴泉，看漂亮的燈光，江邊散步愜意舒適。
民宿小區後面有好吃的熱米皮菜豆腐，價格優惠味道鮮美，吃完早點再的去江邊轉一圈，很滿足。
給熱情周到服務的房東點贊，推薦他家的民宿公寓。

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在繁華地段，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調涼爽，一整晚都睡的很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿。
