首先，沒有服務，去到大廳黑乎乎的，燈都不開，1個小妹妹開的門。
其二，房間裏沒有喝的水，也沒有準備牙刷和刷牙的杯子，都要打電話自己去拿，前台沒人的，都是自助。
其三，衞生很差，一股㚖味，開始以為是廁所的，後面發現除了廁所臭，最大的臭味是拖鞋，不知道多少人穿過後沒有清洗過。廁所也特別小。

老闆娘很熱情，下雨家裡有事還跑出來接我們，房間很乾凈，設計得很有簡單卻有韻味，老闆娘是個有品味的人，住的很舒服，特別提一下這個親子房，孩子們玩得不願意走，非常喜歡

老闆很不負責，房子難找也不出來接一下，全程住宿沒見到老闆。鳳凰古城的磁懸浮也是個坑，總之鳳凰古城很亂。房間很多蚊子，衞生間牆上還有單眼皮貼，總之衞生不太好。親子房閣樓如果天氣熱會很悶

交通：就在虹橋旁邊的巷子裏面，很方便。
環境：離江邊有些距離，所以會安靜些。
房間隔音效果一般。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔。
服務：店家會主動提前溝通確認到店時間並
且提前開好空調給房間降温，這一點
很貼心。
房間：我們訂的親子房，房間的小閣樓孩子
很喜歡，也是亮點。佈局也很合理，
缺點就是衞生間有點狹小，設施一般
但不影響使用。現在是旺季，淡季來
性價比會很高。

首先我説的是，房間給我一種特別温馨的感覺，離虹橋江邊就2分鐘路程.最主要是特別安靜！那晚肚子餓，就在旁邊美食一條街喝到2點半，喝得麻麻的，還是老闆把我們接回家！不講別的，就憑她半夜爬起來接我們回家就夠了！
