I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. There is also a restaurant and gas station on the same premises, making it convenient. Well, anything can be found within a short drive.

Elev8 was next to our route to California. Easy on, easy off and the most comfortable and nicest places on our long trip across country. We are going back to Elev8 on our way back for certain.

Our room was double booked and we were told we were getting an upgrade but it wasn’t an upgrade. This was disappointing however, I am not sure that it was the property fault as much as it *******. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was clean and nice…worth the money.

Although there was remodeling going on, there was never any noise and we loved our very clean room. We also asked if they would turn up the temp of the jacuzzi and they did it so fast!

Love staying here - great location, great value and a hot tub that is open 24/7! Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. This is our go to spot when we come to Flagstaff.

Other guests at the hotel were extremely noisy throughout the night. Slamming doors, loud talking and laughing. I woke up at 4.30 in the morning to another guest talking loudly on her phone and that’s when I decided my stay was over. The hotel itself was great with great staff, but as far as somewhere to stay for a good nights sleep, I would not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we’re are in the area.
