The only reason it wasnt perfectly clean was due to they are renovating the hotel. Otherwise I would of rated 5 stars all the way.

The outside and lobby decor were beautiful. The rooms however are in much need of an upgrade which the very courteous staff say is soon coming. I think there is great potential with a little tlc. Look forward to seeing what the future holds.

TV did'nt work was moved upstairs, Next room did'nt have any large towels. Next day staff came in to clean room empty trash cans ,remove all wash clothes & hand towels but did'nt leave any replacements ,Bed was left a mess

The place had a really bad odor. it smelled like mold. I asked for the room to be cleaned because they failed to clean it the previous day. When I got back that afternoon the door was open and the room had not been cleaned. all my stuff was left on unsecure

My only interaction with the staff was check-in and check-out, but they were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable when we walked in and clean though the furniture seemed like it was cobbled together, but that really had no affect on our comfort. There were 2 major issues with our stay. The first was security. There is none on the outside doors to get in to the separate buildings you just walk right in. Also, our room door did not self shut. You had to remember to push/pull it closed when you came or went. Our second issue was noise. As we were settling to bed a loud metallic noise kept happening. My wife thought that it sounded like a gunshot, I said that it sounded like a trash truck emptying a dumpster. I went outside to have a look around but didn't hear it again. When I came back and told my wife it was gone she said that she still heard it after I left. When I laid back down it stated again. I finally realized that every time my wife shifted in bed we heard it. Turns out that the bed frame is a metal square and our was apparently uneven. I likened it to sleeping on top of a cheap file cabinet. My wife figured out that if she slept to the middle of the king bed it wasn't as noisy. Overall our stay was good and for the price we paid I was satisfied. The rate card on the door said regular rate was $149, no way that would happen for me at this place, but for a cheap place for a few nights it was just fine. Didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled good.

I chose this property based upon the website information. I understood a hot breakfast to include eggs, breakfast meat and some type of cereal/toast, etc. The "hot" was just grits. I also chose this property because they advertised a work-out facility. This was "closed" the entire stay. It was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly, I would stay here again but would suggest clarifying the information on the website and getting the workout facility functional.

The room was not clean. The bedding was dirty, and one of the towels was dirty (stained with blood). I will never go back to the hotel

Very well kept room and very clean, it had an old musty smell when you walked in. It went away after I turned on the AC. We had a non smoking room that was for the disable but it still had a tub but had plenty of hand rails and a stool to put in the tub for a handicap bath but getting it was a challenge and there was no handheld shower sprayer, so washing was a challenging. The people very friendly and polite.

Property was being painted and new lines painted on the ground. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast waffles were great. I will be staying here again in the future.
