非常好房間很乾凈，服務很好，山莊園藝佈置非常好看，還有很多小動物，很好居住體驗，贊👍！忘記拍房間照片了，房間佈置是很好的，現在正在修大的泡湯池，聽工作人員説五一就能用啦。

第一，房子在三樓，既然是親子房，肯定是小孩東西拿的多，沒有電梯上三樓，真的累
第二，進房子後一地的蟲子屍體，自己收拾半天，哪裡來的衞生
第三，衹有一個前台兼服務員，真的沒有一點點服務，光開房門開了1個小時
第四，晚上睡覺佈局及其不合理，腳對着門，不停的鑽風，花的大價錢，住的大床房的體驗
總結，除了院子環境好，沒有其他能看得上的點，來一次，絕對不會再來的地方！窗後下麪就是墳包，真的入住感極差！

環境優美，位置便利，高鐵站跟近，服務人員很親和，也很熱情，還有免費接車，沒有太商業的感覺，縣城很小，環境很美。

酒店在半山上，環境極佳，所有設施和材料品質都很好，能看出酒店的用心，但有少部分設施維護滯後，但絕不影響體驗。工作人員服務態度好，能及時響應和處理問題。

房間服務人員過少，就是為了泡温泉給娃定的酒店，到了説晚上11點水才能熱，沒有泡上，晚上娃餓了，酒店沒有餐，就連方便麪也沒有，最後沒辦法，到了山底下給娃買的方便麪，打電話讓接，説有車沒司機，接不了，反正就是任何服務都沒有。
