I’ve been to this hotel before and continued because of the location and the environment. It’s a great hotel that’s worth its price and the service at the counter was great and respectful. Only thing I hope they can change is that the mini bar fridge isn’t cold at all and it’s just normal room temperature but not a big deal for me. Recommend this hotel for it’s price and service.

We chose the hotel to spend a weekend working/studying while also exploring Foshan. It is in a great location to enjoy some time in the Lingnan Tiandi area for food and coffee, but also not far from other attractions of the city including the ancient Kilns (but need a taxi to go there). The room was spacious and had a big desk and sitting area, so it was convenient for us to spend time there. The room service was a bit less great, not a big selection and some items sold out.

It is a lovely property with many shops and cafes nearby. Thank you to a wonderful lady Shelly on the reception for room arrangement. Furthermore, I would like to say thank you for a nice gentleman on the swimming pool & gym floor for helping us to organize massage procedures. There are many different options of food on the breakfast , just a kind recommendation to make food more tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Excellent location right next to two big malls. There’s also a coffee street very near by. The fitness suite was very well equipped. My favorite part was breakfast. They had a variety of western and Cantonese options. This is probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for a long time. I only gave amenities 4 stars because they didn’t have a children’s playground. But overall it’s been a good visit.

Stayed here for a business contest with my students. Lovely lobby experience and truly spacious location for events. Excellent breakfast and beautiful places to eat it in. Downsides? Someone was moved into my double room in the middle of a competition. Insist on a single or book it yourself if you can. The staff were still willing to work to solve the problem. There's an extraordinary amount of food and culture nearby. Very much enjoyed the district. Not far away from the historical dragon kilns at Shiwan.

The room assigned to us was next to the elevator and the humming sound was very annoying all night. We had to request change of room at after 9 in the evening. We get to move to another room quire immediately. However, the room is more quiet now but it needs maintenance bad. The floor makes squeaking sound every time we walk by at the end of the two beds. It sounds like it is going to fall out.

Everything is good however the bathroom's cleaness is not really up to standard. When we mentioned to the reception, they give it a very deep clean. Later we found out it's arranged by Abby the receptionist that we asked a lot of questions about where to eat. We need to special thanks to Abby whom was so attentive to our enquiries & accommodating to our request. She really a pleasure to our stay & a treasure to the hotel. This continues to be a great stay for a city like Foshan. Didn’t use much of the place other than the room this stay. The lady at check in wasn’t very competent. Checked me in under a Chinese name with a totally different room than what I’d reserved. Did give a small upgrade when the mistake was pointed out. Didn’t collect a deposit neither but that really doesn’t make a difference. Speaking of collecting deposits, I wish they wouldn’t give it back to people who smoke as they need to do more to stop people from smoking in this supposedly non smoking hotel. A 300 rmb cleaning fee clearly isn’t doing it. Would still stay again, especially when the weather is nice to use the pool.

When I saw friends traveling together, I took the initiative to arrange the rooms closer to each other. The service was something that customers would like before. After staying for four days, the sound insulation effect is quite good, which may be related to the high quality of the guests. The room has a small window that can be opened for ventilation. I would like to praise the chef and the service in the hotel restaurant for being very good. Breakfast is served in the restaurant at 7 o'clock. When I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45, I saw the dishes started to be placed. The chef and the aunt knew that we were catching the train, so they let us eat what we had first, and they arranged it faster. This service experience is very good.

Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. The room environment is clean, even if the corners are spotless 2. The lighting and basic equipment in the room are complete, as well as washing machines and refrigerators. 3. Convenient transportation, 15 minutes walk from Dongping subway station and 4 minutes walk from the bus station. 4. Three meals downstairs and nearby solve no problems, convenience stores and fast food restaurants 【shortcoming】 1. There is no shopping mall and supermarket nearby, within 3 kilometers. JD Daojia cannot support delivery. 2. The shared bicycles stop here at will, and there is no place to stop at Chancheng across the bridge (government rule issue) 3. For supper, the restaurant downstairs here closes after 10:30. 4. For those who are sensitive to sleep, the sound of the freezer in the room, the sound of the air conditioner, and the dripping sound of the shower upstairs is a bit obvious. Had some issues with the wifi, but the receptionist kindly assisted us in rectifying the problems. The location is great as it’s within walking distance to many eateries and restaurants, but not near enough for it to be noisy (we stayed on the 4th floor).

The hotel is in the pedestrian street, three minutes away from Qinghui Garden. There are many snacks nearby. You can eat them without running far. The bus is very convenient to various restaurants. The front desk lady is very warm and the service is in place. The hotel is fully equipped and clean. Neat and tidy, it is a very comfortable stay.

好的地方：1、位置很好，在朝安地鐵站旁邊，出地鐵後左手邊就是酒店，之後去祖廟坐地鐵非常方便；2、因為在地鐵站旁邊，人流多，老闆會給一張門禁卡，出入要刷門禁卡才可以上樓；然後房間門鎖是雙重鎖，老闆會教你怎麼使用，非常安全；3、安靜，隔音不錯，基本聽不見什麼噪音，可以睡的很好；4、房間內有洗衣機，一次性拖鞋，蘇打水，最好的是有一次性浴巾（自己帶的都沒有用上）乾淨衞生；5、性價比不錯。在説説遺憾的地方：1、房型和我預訂的不一樣，衹是到酒店時間太晚啦，也沒有和老闆提出來換房，懶得折騰，老闆也沒有提前告知，這個也就算小事吧。2、衞生間空間比較緊湊，一個人沒問題，兩個人會有點擁擠。3、衞生間門背後有一塊毛巾，不知道是上一位客人留下的，還是打掃房間衞生遺留的；4、房間紙巾都是打開用過的，並且也沒有剩下多少啦。

The community where the apartment is located is very quiet, there is an underground parking lot, the room equipment is quite new, and it will not be far to drive to Daliang Food Street. Duplex two floors, each floor has a 1.5 meter bed, unexpectedly there are two bathrooms very good.

The rooms are very nice, with good hygiene, complete facilities and complete cleaning supplies. The small building is also beautifully decorated. Easy parking. The children refused to leave. The eldest sister of the landlord was very nice and enthusiastic, changed us to a suitable room type and refunded the difference. Yogurt was given to the children when they checked out. The recommended parent-child morning tea restaurant is also great, tastes good, and there are places for children to play in the restaurant. The landlord sister also actively sent Rong Gui's play guide and recommended food. Will continue to stay in Shunde next time.
