Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. Close to subway station so we could get to places easier. Breakfast has many room for improvement, lacking in choices and repetitive everyday.

Stayed here for a business contest with my students. Lovely lobby experience and truly spacious location for events. Excellent breakfast and beautiful places to eat it in. Downsides? Someone was moved into my double room in the middle of a competition. Insist on a single or book it yourself if you can. The staff were still willing to work to solve the problem. There's an extraordinary amount of food and culture nearby. Very much enjoyed the district. Not far away from the historical dragon kilns at Shiwan.

We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

Convenient transportation, 15 minutes walk from Dongping subway station and 4 minutes walk from the bus station. 4. Three meals downstairs and nearby solve no problems, convenience stores and fast food restaurants 【shortcoming】 1. There is no shopping mall and supermarket nearby, within 3 kilometers. JD Daojia cannot support delivery. 2. The shared bicycles stop here at will, and there is no place to stop at Chancheng across the bridge (government rule issue) 3. For supper, the restaurant downstairs here closes after 10:30. 4. For those who are sensitive to sleep, the sound of the freezer in the room, the sound of the air conditioner, and the dripping sound of the shower upstairs is a bit obvious.
