I booked the hotel for a friend, who said the stay was very comfortable. May contacted in advance and asked about the requirements. The rooms were arranged on high floors. The rooms had 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows and the view was particularly good. Huang Xuefang was also deeply impressed after checking out. She will stay at Wyndham Hotel when friends come over in the future.

Due to hygiene issues, I called the Wyndham headquarters to handle the matter. This hotel is really tough. The old Americans are tough. I must give a negative review.

It rained and the city became less perfect. Wyndham Hotel will be our first choice when we come to Shishan in the future. I really like the hotel staff at the front desk, May. May is like the sister next door. She always pays attention to us. Check-in experience. The staff in the entire front office, guest rooms, and restaurants are also friendly and enthusiastic. The only regret is that the sink in the first room has no socket, but May quickly helped with the room change. I hope to see a more perfect Wyndham hotel next time I stay!

I came to Foshan on a business trip and stayed at the newly opened Foshan Wyndham. It is said that it has only been open for a month. Indeed, the smell of the decoration proves that it is newly opened. I asked the hotel for an air purifier. The service was pretty good and it was delivered quickly. However, I subconsciously opened the hatch and looked at the filter element, which really scared me. I washed the filter element myself, and the comparison pictures before and after cleaning are for reference. The room facilities are really good and worthy of this star standard. The towels are very soft, the slippers are not too loose, and the bedding has a high weave count. By the way, although the toilet is a smart toilet, the remote control is broken. When I opened the battery compartment, I found that the battery had leaked. Forgot to take a photo of this. In short, the hotel's hardware is OK and the service attitude is good, but the management capabilities are lacking.

The hotel environment is good. Since it is newly opened, the interior details of the room need to be improved to increase satisfaction. When problems arise, the hotel staff handle them quickly. The quality and attitude of the staff are very nice! I also want to thank the hotel manager for upgrading me to a suite! Hygiene: There is a slight smell inside the newly opened rooms of the hotel. It is recommended that the hotel prepare a few air purifiers or air fresheners to meet the picky needs of some guests!

This time I stayed in a lake view room. Because it is a new hotel, it is clean and comfortable. Although the breakfast is not buffet style...but it is not bad. You can add some set breakfast, and it is quite delicious. However, there are two points to note. The air conditioner was not very cool. After the response, the room was not changed immediately. It took ten minutes for me to change rooms. This is a bit dissatisfactory. The curtains in the room have also been moving by themselves. After the response, they said that there are official staff setting them up, but the tenant is still living in the room. Can't they wait for the tenant to leave before adjusting it?
