The front desk is empty. Customers still hide inside and play with their mobile phones when they arrive. Check-in and check-out are the same. Takeaways are not delivered. Customers are asked to go downstairs to get them. See you in the hotel for a long time. What is the service concept? The room is ok, but there will be no next stay
