I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

Since it is a New Otani brand, I had some expectations, but unfortunately it was crushed. Stayed alone in a twin type with breakfast for business use. The room was large enough and clean and the amenities were substantial. It is undeniable that it is old, but some of the water and closets have been renewed, and the air conditioning was good without any discomfort. However, the bed mattress is cheap, or it is not comfortable to sleep in. I felt that there were more high-quality things that were more particular about the new business hotels in the surrounding area. I was greatly disappointed with that point. The breakfast of Western buffet was very small and I was really disappointed. * The point that you can order the dishes and the taste are generally passing points, but the fact that the variety is too small is surprising and stunned. The staff at the breakfast venue were dull and vacant, but it felt like a flow work. I couldn't feel any dust in the consciousness of carrying the hotel sign on my back. The cleaning staff stopped firmly and greeted each other, but it looked far away and the staff was arrogant and rough and made me feel sick. As for this, I feel that the new business hotels around me are more educated. The front staff 々 seemed busy, but it was crisp and there was no discomfort, but on the other hand, I didn't feel warm. Conclusion, bird, soft, and price are not chosen. I would like to stay again if it is much cheaper, but I am positively pear. Birds cannot be easily improved due to budget problems, but staff education should be as much as possible. When I noticed, I was overtaken by the surrounding competing hotels and the hotels of the rank that were not competing, and such a future is close.

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I’m finishing a five night stay at the Comfort Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. This is my third Comfort Hotel this year, and all have been similarly reliably comfortable budget hotels. The Fukuoka Tenjin version I chose because of its proximity to the places I needed to go. Tenjin is a busy area with plenty of nighttime activities to keep people busy. The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise if your room is on the front side. The dark pull down shade is great at blocking the morning sunshine for late sleepers. I slept well in spite of outside noise. I’m sure rooms facing north are quiet, but the sunshine is on the front side. The room is comfortable for soli travelers. For couples it may be ok, but For me, alone, it was fine. The bathroom is spacious for budget Japanese hotels, not the typical unit bath, and the rain forest showerhead and body spray functions are nice. For the cost, this hotel is a bargain. Tons of restaurants nearby, including 24 hour udon across the street. Mitsukoshi and Daimaru department stores a couple blocks away, and the subway 100 meters away. Easy access by subway from the airport, with no train changes. I like this hotel and its location. If I’m back in Fukuoka again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The location is close to downtown Tenjin. ShinShin Ramen's main branch is right behind it. Richmond Hotels has always been my first choice for accommodation in Japan, and this stay in Tianjin Xitong is also quite satisfactory. The hotel is located in the lively Tenjin business district and is also very close to the station. The room and public facilities are well equipped, and the space is quite comfortable and bright. The hotel staff was very kind and although the English communication was not smooth, they would do their best to solve the problem for the passengers. The only pity was that this stay was on the fifth floor, and at night there was still a little noise and bowling from the building next door. If you have the opportunity to visit Fukuoka again, you will want to stay again.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but I was very satisfied because the cleaning and room condition were better than I thought. First of all, the advantage is 1. Room condition Most of the Japanese accommodations were worried because the rooms were small, but despite the fact that there were two beds, I was able to arrange my luggage by spreading two large suitcases. It was really nice to prepare in the morning because each toilet was separate. When my boyfriend shaved in the sink, I was comfortable with a toilet or shower. Two beds were separated, but the bottom of the bed was wheeled, so I could move the bed alone! We put two beds on the wall and we used the floor a little wider. It's a convenience store food in Japan! There are microwave ovens, vending machines and washing machines on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel, so when I came into the hotel for 3 days, I definitely stopped by the convenience store next to me and bought a late-night snack. Location It was a great location for our couple who had a schedule around Tenjin. I can go anywhere within 10 minutes on foot, so after the day's schedule, I came into the hotel and took a rest. After coming out at dawn, I went shopping comfortably when there was no line at the nearby Donkey Hotel. ㅎㅎㅎ Tenjin Station, Nakasu Food Street, It was so nice that the city, including Canal City, Don Quixote, convenience stores, and Ichiran Ramen, all within 10 minutes walk. 3. You have to bring your room key to the security elevator to get on, and at 12 p.m., the automatic door, which is the entrance door of the hotel, is also open only by taking a room key! I was worried that there was no resident staff at the front desk, but I didn't have to worry. 4. It was nice to have a separate smoking space in the parking lot on the first floor of the smoking hotel 5. We reserved 4 residential twin rooms in Tokyo Stay Tenjin from Aug 20th to 24th. As a frequent travellers (5-8 times to Japan annually), originally we had a very pleasant stay (prime location, all rooms are clean and we love the washing+drying machine in each room), until we experienced the life-time worst customer service. I requested for 2 hours late check out extension to 1pm and agreed to pay for additional charges for all rooms (2000 yen per hour per room and I paid 16000 yen in total). We experienced an unexpected long lunch on 24th and I sent a mail (at 12:30pm) via Tokyo Stay site to request for extension to 2pm (instead of 1pm). When we returned hotel at 1:20pm, one of the staff pulled his face, scolded and yelled at my family members loudly in Japanese, and he kept doing that in 3 of our rooms, even yelling at elderly and children of my family. My family members felt humiliated and were very upset. They told me that unpleasant experience, so I looked for that staff at front desk and asked the reason for the yelling and scolding, especially when we paid for all charges for extension. I used google translate in Japanese with speaker and there wasn’t any reply. When I asked for his name, he took off his name tag, ignored my request and said providing his name is against their privacy policy (All other staff were wearing name tags except him). He threatened to report to the police, if I keep asking for his name! Wait, what? So I want to ask: 1: Does the policy of Tokyo Stay allow staff to yell and scold customers when they do late check out? (not to mention we informed and paid for charges already) 2: It’s your policy to report your customers to the police when they ask your staff for their names?

This hotel is located at Tenjin South Station, diagonally opposite Daimaru Department Store and opposite the loft. It is easy to find. However, the entrance of the hotel is relatively small. There are convenience stores and pharmacies downstairs. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to 24 Ji'an. The room also has enough space for the two opened ones, which is a simple and clean hotel.

I’m finishing a five night stay at the Comfort Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. This is my third Comfort Hotel this year, and all have been similarly reliably comfortable budget hotels. The Fukuoka Tenjin version I chose because of its proximity to the places I needed to go. Tenjin is a busy area with plenty of nighttime activities to keep people busy. The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise if your room is on the front side. The dark pull down shade is great at blocking the morning sunshine for late sleepers. I slept well in spite of outside noise. I’m sure rooms facing north are quiet, but the sunshine is on the front side. The room is comfortable for soli travelers. For couples it may be ok, but For me, alone, it was fine. The bathroom is spacious for budget Japanese hotels, not the typical unit bath, and the rain forest showerhead and body spray functions are nice. For the cost, this hotel is a bargain. Tons of restaurants nearby, including 24 hour udon across the street. Mitsukoshi and Daimaru department stores a couple blocks away, and the subway 100 meters away. Easy access by subway from the airport, with no train changes. I like this hotel and its location. If I’m back in Fukuoka again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Hotel location is good, close to Tenjin station and conveniently located near to the center and many Department stores around the hotel But our room is very small has problems with opening suitcase Is my birthday vacation trip , hotel has put some decorations on our bed with Happy Birthday card but no other surprises as upgrade or celebration treat And the front desk staffs are ok and helpful, some are very friendly but some are just no facial reaction But still, I will recommend people to stay in this hotel for convenient
