受付対応がとても丁寧で、更に暑い中チェックインしたので麦茶の差し入れはとてもありがたかった。
お部屋の中は年季が入り過ぎてちょっとな…と感じたけど、ホテルの位置もすごく良く商店街や歌舞伎座など楽しめるエリアもすぐ近くにあるため、機会があればまた泊まりに行きたいと思えるホテルでした✨

久しぶりにこちらのホテルを利用させてもらいました。
以前泊まった時の印象がとても良く快適に過ごせた記憶があったの今回の目的のイベント会場よりかは少し距離がありましたが選びました。以前と変わらずフロントの方の対応も良くて、また今回もとても気分良く過ごすことができました。朝食をつけていただきましたが本当に美味しかったです。また福岡に行く際には泊まりたいホテルです。

博多座観劇のため利用。立地は良かった。夜のチェックインだからか、受付の女性スタッフはやる気がないのが一目瞭然だった。部屋はエアコンから終始キィキィ音がなり、つけたままでは寝られなかった。アメニティや飾り付けなど女性向けの気遣いは感じられる。清掃スタッフは感じが良く、丁寧な挨拶をされていた。

女性専用フロアのお部屋を用意いただきました。 昔から何度も利用していますが、隅々までお掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく泊まれます。 女性専用フロアだけなのか？！エレベーターホールに３種類のアロマオイルが置いてあり、好みの香りを選び部屋でリラックスできるサービスがありました。 アメニティはフロント横で選べますが、基本的何ものに加えて、入浴剤やクレンジング化粧水乳液、青汁があってとても嬉しいです。 立地も目の前の大通りでタクシーを拾いやすいですし、地下鉄もリバレインの中を通れば、雨でも外をあまり歩くところが少ないので便利かと思います。

ここ4週間の間に福岡出張が3回に分けて延べ10日あり、ホテルも５つほど変わっています。その中で、何年かに一度も無いほどのもう二度と泊まりたくないわという体験をさせられたホテルが２つもあり(カサネベイサイドとアパ博多駅前3丁目)まして、けっこうな警戒心を持ってやってきましたが、良いホテルで良かったです。 近隣の飲食店は日曜祝日がお休みという感じが多いものの、ホテル一階にブリティッシュパブみたいなのがありましてこちらは日祝でも23時くらいまでは部屋づけでの飲み食いができますし、そもそも中洲まで歩いてすぐなので、飲み食いについての立地はすこぶる良いです。 朝食は、通常のものは7時からしか始まりませんが簡易な朝食が6時から。ルームサービスとして持ってきてくれるのはありがたいです。残念ながらコーヒーは苦味が強すぎあまり好みの味ではなかったので次は紅茶かスープにしようと思いましたが、惣菜パン的なやつがとても美味しくて、また食べたいと思うお味でした。 部屋やバスルームは特別広いわけでもなく、ホテルそのものがごちんまりしたものですが、思いのほか静かで使いやすいです。 西鉄インや東映と比べるとやや落ちますが、価格次第で、また泊まりたいと思うホテルの一つです。
