駅から徒歩では少し遠く感じた。
お風呂とトイレが別なのでよかった。
1人で泊まる分には狭すぎず快適に過ごせた。

朝食の種類が多くて朝から食欲の秋でした。お風呂のお湯があまり温泉感か無かったので満点にはなりませんけれど、又利用したいと思います♪

お風呂も充実しているので、いつも選んでしまいます。
今回の部屋は、室内の床のジュータンが、湿っぽくて、終始スリッパを履いていました。すこし、衛生面が気になりました。

先日このドーミーイン郡山に宿泊した際の出来事及び過去のドーミーインでの体験についてお話ししますが、従業員の態度について深刻な問題が存在しています。従業員に質問した際に、非常に面倒くさそうに受け答えされることが何度かありました。例を挙げると、外から帰ってきてフロントの従業員に近くにコンビニがあるか尋ねた際、「駅の方」とだけ言われたことがあります。その答えが何を意味するのか理解できず、非常に困惑しました。客に対する対応としては到底受け入れられるものではありませんでした。
また、夜鳴きそばについても問題がありました。注文した際に、無言のまま作り始められる様子が見受けられました。その態度から察するに、従業員は嫌な気持ちで料理を作っていたのでしょうか。そのような対応は理解に苦しみますし、本当に遺憾に思いました。こんなサービスを提供するならば、辞めてしまえばいいのにと感じるほどでした。しかも、味も大したことがなかったので、ますます不満が募りました。
私はこれまで国内の様々な共立系の宿泊施設に泊まってきましたが、ドーミーインはサウナと朝食以外の面で、他のビジネスホテルに比べて劣っていると感じています。これは会社の体質に起因する問題であり、経営陣と従業員の考え方の対立が背景にあるのではないでしょうか。この問題は顧客へのサービスにも影響を及ぼし、対処が急務と考えます。
個人的には、サウナが充実した他のホテルがある限り、今後ドーミーインを利用するつもりはありません。時代に合ったサービスを提供できないホテルは、営業を続けるべきではないと思います。私のような不快な経験をする方が増えないように、注意喚起させていただきます。
私たち顧客は、良いサービスと心地よい滞在を求めています。ドーミーインが広く世界の方々に愛されるホテルとなるためには、従業員の態度やサービスの向上が必要不可欠です。改善を望み、今後の向上に期待しています。
