This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. Front desk staff was SO friendly, and seemed more than happy to turn on the water slides for my kids, provide them with warm cookies, and just have friendly conversations. Room was quiet, clean and comfy and breakfast was good with bacon, little omelettes, and plenty of fruit/yogurt options. Great place!

Door of our room was not working properly I ask to move us receptionist said they were at capacity Also on Saturday breakfast room was a mess didn’t look appealing

Great trip to Galena. This hotel is just a little West of the main *****, not far away. The pool and game room are unbeatable for the kids. Breakfast is outstanding. It was completely sold out when we were there, but they had a full staff that was keeping things mostly in order. This was the 2nd time that we stayed at this hotel, and it will be our regular stay from now on. Only knock is that the Premium Suite is not big enough for a family of more than 4 (we have 4 young kids) and it does NOT have a seperate bedroom as in the description. I will be explicitly booking a room with a seperate bedroom next time. The whirlpool in room is a little gimmicky and dated as well-- the space would be better used as a sitting area or another couch. Highly recommended hotel. Great amenities, great location, lots of nearby shopping and eating resources.

Kids loved the pool area and breakfast was very good each of the 3 days we were there. I do think they should put up the schedule for when they have water aerobics classes..

We were only at the hotel for half an hour. We didn't like it. It's a shame that we lost the reservation money because we had made it through you.

The property was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was a nice array of cold and hot options and was kept clean and well stocked . The water pressure was excellent and the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked very well . The bed was comfy too. The elevator is a bit slow.

Back parking lot was pitch black. There are no lights at all. Walking in the dark I see the back door propped open with a ketchup bottle. They have a party room on the first floor. They had a party going on Saturday evening. Kids playing a game in the hallway. Some kids were screaming and running up and down the hallway. Guess who had a room right in the middle of this. It was me.

Enjoyed our stay…we’ll be back! However, a big negative is the lack of a TV channel / time guide. The channel guide provided was semi useless since it only provided channel/network info on a hard copy. Very frustrating!!!
The free breakfast was very basic and the main items that you would expect to be served warm tended to be on the unheated side. There were warmers there for eggs, sausage etc. but they simply didn’t do the job.
We hope that the above concerns will be addressed and resolved for our next stay, otherwise we will be looking at alternative accommodations.

The pool was great for the kids and very comfortable to sit and watch them. Breakfast was good - the staff that was doing the breakfast was AMAZING! It was a very nice stay
