When I checked in the room was dirty and there was hair on the bedding. When I call the staff to change bedding she gave me two sheets and stated she was the only one there and could not help so I left. I tried to get my refund but the manager refused to give me my refund. I’ve never experienced anything like that. It was a horrible experience. I will never use ******* again. ******* did not try to help me with my concerns or help me get my refund.

I follow the Wyndham properties, This was the very worst experience I ever had. the be was not comfortable, leaking water everywhere in the room. can not stay check-in at 1 am and check out at 6 am, breakfast I went to Dennys because I felt it was very unhealthy to eat there.

I liked that the bathroom was big since I have two cats. It made it easy to wash them, feed them, and a place for their litter box. The bed was comfortable and the desk was perfect so I could do some work. The microwave and refrigerator worked. I loved the sitting area under the window. I ate dinner and looked at the snow outside my window. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This property is closed to the I-40 on the West end of town, which was where I wanted to stay. The room could have used new carpet and drapes, but the bedding was nice and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice when I checked in, and the lady who was there when I checked out at 5:15 am was nice enough to make an early cup of coffee for me!
