The staff is so sweet and understanding ! This is our 4th year staying there for Thanksgiving with our field hockey team we love it here !

Overall good stay
Room could have been cleaner. Staff was great and breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Room was spacious. However, bathroom had no toiletries. No soap at all. And the shower head was broken and sprayed all over and drenched the entire floor and even the ceiling. Very difficult to shower. It was a handicap tub and i fear someone with a disability would have had an awful experience. Hotel was clean overall.

Nothing was nice it smelled like mold. There was actually mole in the shower ceiling. It felt cold the heating made noise.

My son and his wife and I shared a large unit, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small living room and kitchen. It was a perfect set up since then I could have my bedroom, and they could have theirs. We were together, but we were independent in a way we also had three television sets, which was very nice. The breakfast were very, very good, Tyrone is an excellent cook and we enjoyed the Wednesday evening soup and salad. Overall, we were very happy to stay there for seven nights. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope that we can come back in the future.

Hotel was decent, but severely understaffed and the room I booked was not in shape to assign to a guest apparently, so I requested any room type that was clean, which I more or less received. While the room was tidy, the entire facility is in deep of a deep disinfecting on all surfaces and walls. The accommodations were suitable for my stay but as soon as I checked in the Stay itself disappeared from my Hilton app entirely. I was able to use the digital room key, but there is no record of my stay in my bookings so I'm not receiving any points, and when consulting the support chat agents, I was twice provided my confirmation number but entering it into my app to pull up the stay so it would log as a previous booking failed and it could not be found...

Couldn’t use the bathroom sink the whole weekend because it was clogged. It was a big hole in the bedroom floor. Asked for more wash clothes was told it wasn’t any available.

This property is run down and in need of renovations…plumbing, flooring, closet doors…you name it. The room options are good for families traveling, but I would consider staying somewhere else if they do not do something about up keeping the rooms/property.

While the location was fine the building was dingy and falling apart.room was musty and water was leaking. Trim coming off the walls cabinet was broken. Just generally in disrepair.

I occasionally stay overnight in Richmond and have stayed at a broad variety of hotels in the area. On two occasions where a co-worker also had to stay overnight as well, I had the opportunity to stay at Homewood Suites in one of the full-sized suites (suitable for a family of 8). I enjoyed the level of privacy and independence such a suite affords so much that, when I would be attending a wedding in the area with a parent, I knew not only where I wanted to stay but the perfect style room for two independent individuals to stay in. From the moment you enter the front, everything about this place says "welcome home". And at the end of a long day, that's exactly the experience someone wants. To come back to a place with the key comforts of home. While my longest stay was several nights, the full kitchen and cupboard essentials would make it great for extended stays. The location right near 250 and just 1 mile from Interstate 64, makes it extremely convenient to find and to go to anywhere else in the area you need to go. With studio style suites as well, lots of versatility. Highly recommend!
