This property is 5 star. Hotel staff is so helpful. Especially room service boy kamalnath helped us a lot with every ***ner. They have very big swimming pool. Room are very neat and clean. Food is of good quality. But they should improve their choice of food.

We liked the overall service we received. Danika is a beautiful receptionist with a full of politeness and welcoming smile. Danika and Vinay both were helpful and knew how to serve their clients. The property was magnificent. I liked my stay at Hatti Mahal. Facilities we're awesome.

At Karma Royal Haathi Mahal we always feel very relaxed! This is our favorite place to unwind & recharge. We come here regularly & would like to mention couple of names who make our stay comfortable. ***oj Salunke is our relationship ***ager & he is in touch with us giving us updates on the expansion & developments at Karma Group. Special thanks to Alisha at F&B whose ever smiling welcome at the resort compels you to visit this resort again & again. Breakfast spread & taste is excellent. Lunch & dinner are equally good. The staff at Casa Lisboa is a young brigade, very courteous & eager to serve. Overall this resort has become our second home & we will keep visiting as long as possible!!

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The ***ager Dylan & restaurant associate Alisha were very helpful in making the stay comfortable. We come with family every year. It’s close proximity to the beach & restaurants.

The place was great and the room service is excellent with Austin giving us the best service, the stay super peaceful, the pool is clean annd the activities are fun too, the crowd here is amazing, made some good friends with the cleaning staff and the bar tenders as well and we had great time overall.

A number of friends and family joined us whilst we were staying at HM during January and February this year and we all had a wonderful time. We would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff and ***agement – our special thanks to Kundan (quite simply one of the best Karma chefs in our opinion) and his team for preparing great meals and looking after us so well; the very accommodating and efficient housekeeping staff; Arlette (spa ***ager) who is always cheerful and happy to assist ; Laurence and Umakant who we look forward to seeing every time we arrive at the resort, Rochelle, Dylan and ***y others. We were also pleased with the courtesy shown to us by the resort ***agement whenever we raised any concerns during our stay and we can see that each year measures are taken to improve the environment to try and ensure that guests enjoy their stay - we are all certainly looking forward to our next visit.

Stay was very pleasant. The staff is very courteous . Also the room services are excellent. Food is very good in restaurant and room dining too. And the room and clean and well maintained. Overall we are very happy with the stay. It was my first visit and we enjoyed alot. I would like to recommend others to make a programme to stay and enjoy the weather and the services of the resort

Peaceful & Fun resort. The newly renovated residence rooms are very classy. With inroom kitchen u can cook ur fav meals and have a good time with friends & family. Big pool with bar and also plenty of common jacuzzi between villas. Kamalnath from housekeeping was very friendly and polite. Excellent service.

The rooms were near and clean . All the staff members were very cooperative. Mr. Kamalnath from housekeeping was very helpful and kindly attended and helped with all room cleanliness. The pool attendents were also very helpful and took care of small kids
