Couldn't find my reservation through *******. I got double charged. I did get a refund, but is a hassle waiting for it to get back into account. Staff was awesome, but morning staff was loud and woke us up.

Had to be moved to another room because the water that came out the pipes for the jetted tub was brown. The hotel needs a major upgrade. If it wasn't for the hospitality of the front desk, I would have canceled my reservation.

From the moment of checking in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. This is the only hotel I will ever want to stay at, very convenient and comfortable. The staff is amazing

Well located for my needs. Property was very clean and high quality, good value for money.
Oddly, and a minor point, the electrical outlets/switches are old school/outdated. Such a low cost item to change to a modern look. Just part of regular updating. Again, small detail but owners should consider this.

The images attached speak for themselves. I'm unsure of the last time this room was properly dusted. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely sold out, but thankfully, the wonderful hotel staff provided me with what I needed to clean the room.
The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful!

We stayed 5 days 4 nights and not once did they clean the room or give us fresh towels even if we requested both. Really bad attention from the hotels side

Room smelled like sewers. Little cockroach in the restroom. The sheets had big stains on them. Very disappointed. Very expensive stay for poor service and poor cleanliness.

It was a nice stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Personnel was nice. I had one problem before checking out the cleaning people saw us leave with suitcases and assumed we were gone but we came back for more they throw away our water jug but we told the person at the front desk when we checked out. They gave us several bottles of water to compensate for the jug of water they took out of the room.
