We were very disappointed in our stay because the room wasn't cleaned. We asked for cleaning service and they told us what time they were coming. No one showed up when we came back by 4 pm. We had to get our own towels, and garbages were full and nothing was replaced. Said they couldn’t do anything about it. Not worth 200 bucks per night.

What a nice hotel - one of the best we’ve stayed in for a long time. The staff - every shift were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious, the breakfast was great. Loved the pizza/chicken place attached to hotel. Very reasonably priced and quick service. The pool is small compared to some hotels, but our family preferred that because we were able to spend time in it as a family and have fun together. The hot tub and pool were both clean and in working order. Sheets, tub and toilet were all clean. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Food left in our room fridge, noisy parties throughout the night, many messes as we checked out including a plate of spilled breakfast in the elevator with a "wet floor"sign over top instead of being cleaned up, no staff at the desk to check out and report to.

The breakfast was unbeatable!! I enjoyed the selection and how it was prepared. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. I did find and kill one bug which is why i gave this hotel a 4 star rating.

Jessica in the continental breakfast area was one of the hardest workers at the hotel. She made sure all the guest were greeted and felt welcomed. All of the staff were nice and accommodating. The rooms could have been cleaner and updated. Toilets extra short.

We had a quick trip traveling through Grand Forks. Our initial room was having a heating issue and the front desk got us into a new room right away. The workers were great, especially the gal taking care of the breakfast, she was friendly and super helpful, bring a few dollars and give her a tip. Also, the onsite pizza place is open really late, which was awesome for our late arrival, and the pizza was delicious. We've stayed here before and will stay here again.

First room was dirty. Second room, the tv would not stay operational … cable box had to be reset every 30-40 minutes. Breakfast did not have proper supplies laid out and nobody seemed to be monitoring it
