The location is very good. There are places to eat and buy things nearby. It is next to a business district and there is also a Van Gogh Museum. It is snowing heavily, but the transportation is very good.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. It was close to Hobby Lobby, shoe stores and restaurants. The drive to Van Andel was about 10 minutes.

We were only there from about 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM but was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Smelled fresh and not musty. We travel to GR a lot of sports and we WILL be staying here again. Great breakfast as well!

The room, staff, and breakfast was all outstanding!!! Please KEEP your king rooms with the kitchenettes and sofa bed! It is very spacious and served our needs well. The beds were very comfortable. Love this hotel. Will be back!

It took me about 30 minutes to get checked in. The desk clerks were wonderful though and it wasn't their fault that it took so long. The bathroom floor needing vacuuming. The hotel was just average.

The staff at check in were extremely friendly and the breakfast attendant was very sweet and did a great job restocking items quickly. Overall a great overnight stay!
