Housekeeping stomping up and down hallways at 7am yelling “FRONT DESK” - super annoying to wake up to an hour and a half before I needed to be up.

My plane arrived late (11pm) and when called for the shuttle I was told it stopped at 10 albeit confirming the day before that it ran. A shuttle was eventually sent, driver was great. Check in not so friendly or helpful.

3* quality hotel. What you would normally expect for this level of hotel. Bathroom was outdated, but room was clean. Breakfast was just meh, but it’s to be expected.

Don't advertise shuttles to and from the airport if their front desk staff decides to pick and choose when they want to provide that service. Nothing like being stuck at the airport and being forced to figure out transportation last minute because they "don't have a driver".

I chose from those that had shuttle service to the airport. At time of booking I indicated that we needed a shuttle at 6AM (offered at a near hotel we had stayed at earlier in The year). At booking I sent this request to the hotel and did not hear back - mistakenly I figured “no problem”. At check-in I was told the shuttle starts at 7:30 am. Since my flight left at 8:10 I was forced to make other transportation arrangements. #1. The hotel did not inform me after my sending the request at the time of booking. Had they done that I would have cancelled and rebooked at the hotel we stayed at in May. Our Uber cost us $40 (plus tip which we give to all shuttle drivers).

I was in a wheelchair and they put me on the third floor then I waited over half hour for elevator in which I had to call front desk. The shuttle was suppose to start at 7 am and didn’t until 730.
