All of the employees were very helpful and very nice

Fabulous service from the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was equally amazing in providing superior customer service.

You get what you pay for. No frills, a few sketch people around the property, front desk operated via secured window at night (doesn’t make me feel secure), and my room happened to be a little dirty and stinky. Specifically, the floor was sticky and found at least two small bugs on the bed. Mattress was springy and noisy. BUT if you just need a place to stay the night And you’re tight on budget, it works. Front desk agent was nice and polite, friendly.

Cheyenne got me the downstairs room I wanted at check in and Eve had it ready and perfect in minutes.

Tynyel checked me in at the speed of light with a smile. The room is perfect as always and the entire facility is so much better than it was under the previous Managers.

Room was dirty. Bathroom door had evidence of being kicked in and repaired. Smoke detector had a bag tied over it.

Tynyel was great at check in. Room was spotless, Wi-Fi works great, water pressure and temperature are perfect. Warm, safe and quiet and the best rates in town. Highly recommend.
