I mistakenly booked a smoking room, which was absolutely disgusting. The desk clerk would not change it. Wyndham rewards customer service would do nothing about it, and neither would Windham customer service. This hotel is about average for a Wyndham property. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Choice Hotel property instead. Much more accommodating and in a lot better condition.

Place is in need of a lot of repair. Stains on walls cracks in ceiling. Lot of money of not very nice place.

We got a smoking room, so we asked to switch, which they did. We asked for 1st floor, but they said when you book online you have to take 2nd floor. We did get the only handicapped space, thank goodness) the room had no light outside it and it was in an alcove, so we used our flashlight on phone to get to door. No hot water

This place was worse than staying at the cheapest motel 6 in America. Pest, nothing worked, nothing cleaned, hot box, sticky everything, smelled. Flies coming from the humid bathroom vent with no ventilation. Lock was broken, holes in the door, trim coming off the wall you name it and it was an issue.

Traveled for a baseball tournament, every hotel in town was sold out. Has issues checking in- the man told me my reservation was for a smoking room even though my confirmation showed I reserved a non smoking. After him telling me it was the booking sites fault he checked me in and when I got to the room it was a non smoking room, so he pissed me off for no reason. Then get to the room and try to watch TV but can't because the cable account isn't active with cox.

We booked last minute. Busy area, felt safe. Not fancy, could use some aesthetic improvements, but beds were confortable and no issues with the cleanliness of the room. For the price it was a good value. Would book again if in a pinch.

Door locks did not work ,had to walk all the way back to office , they came down and still could not get in . So we had to wait , and wait . We are disabled and we had already started to unload and they wanted to move us, but finally got door open.
