Was totally impressed with this lovely hotel. Not to large easy to come and go. The staff is more than willing to help with any questions you might have. Would return here again!

We found this hotel to be clean and acceptable. The mattress and pillows were not great but okay. It is priced about right for what you would expect in that range. The breakfast was available and just "okay" as well . The only thing great at this hotel was the staff. Very quick to respond and helpful.

We stay there because their rates are reasonable and they allow pets. The rooms are ok but the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Property was a good safe location. Hotel was a little noisy, you could hear others clearly running water flushing toilets but not a big deal would stay again for the same price.

I came in late. The night clerk was very nice and friendly. I had my truck and a trailer loaded with some tools and felt comfortable leaving it in the parking lot with the security cameras and the night clerk actually monitoring the parking lot. I had no problems. The room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was a nice addition. This was a decent value and I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Great Falls.

Being on the road for the past twenty-two days, we’ve stayed in twenty-two different hotels, booking nine rooms a night. This hotel was the absolute worst check-in experience we’ve had on this tour. Terrible customer service, would not stay here again.

Trying to use the tv remote with a new tv was horrible to operate and no instructions,its very frustrating when your hotel assumes everyone knows this technology..one of the front desk staff came to help and she could not figure it out.
