Spending New Year’s Eve here this year is particularly memorable! This is a rare hotel on the West Coast that feels close to a five-star hotel in every aspect, and it also has a very nice jacuzzi! Opposite the hotel is Bucclengh, the restaurant of the Centenary Hotel, and the New Year's Eve dinner is also served. It is highly recommended! After dinner, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach (actually driving may be more comfortable haha)

It should be a better motel in Greymouth. Generally, the problem with motels is that they smell bad and the furniture is old, but this one is relatively new and clean.

Greymouth is a small town with a population of 10,000. The hotel apartment is about 500 meters away from the New World supermarket. There are kitchen facilities and parking is free. Very convenient to get in and out. Clean and hygienic, the price is not bad.
The only drawback is that it is close to a main road, so there will be some noise from big trucks going back and forth.

That’s a really comfortable stay in our vocation, the bed and pillows are soft and everything is clean，its also easy to park the car and the landlord is really nice, we got there late but she still left us a milk～ fantastic experience and I would love to stay here again next time!!

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Greymouth. We had to make a last minute booking due to a double booking at another hotel and these guys had no issue helping us out.

Internet and smart tv which runs off internet kept buffering and made it near impossible to watch tv.. King studio was upstairs in a corner and a view of neighbors rooftops. No air conditioner. Bed was Abit uncomfortable and quite low. No kitchen sink. Had to use sink and taps in bathroom. Outside stairs looked very slippery in morning after night rain and was very cautious of them. For the price of $200 a night was not a pleasant stay and won't be back.

This is the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. We only had the bathroom mirror in our room, an extra mirror in the other room would be helpful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. All the facilities we needed. Friendly staff. Parking outside our room. Walking distance to town and handy to a pub and restaurant over the road. I would stay there again. Recommend if you’re travelling the west coast.
