I liked the uniqueness of the motel. The room I had was clean and lighting was great. Your staff were really nice and always there when you need them. I would rate my stay a number 10. I recommend every one to stay here. You wouldn't regret it..

the location of this hotel is great for attending events at the Connecticut ******s. There is shopping and restaurants in the area. The hotel was quiet and easy to access the rooms.
As for the room, it was clean and very roomy. I thought I reserved a non-smoking room, but I did not (according to my app). I only had a few issues - the room did smell like smoke, thankfully it was cigarettes and nothing else. I purchased air freshener and spray and dealt with it due to my mistake, the bathroom door did not have a lock or latch to keep door closed and the hotel door did not have a safety chain or latch however it did have a bolt in the door. I did feel safe and comfortable but do wish there was something else on the door.
I would return to this hotel if I needed a place in the area.

I always stay at this property everytime I go to foxwoods or mogehan sun, mystic...its close to all.... luv this hotel despite it being a little outdated, prices for rooms are affordable and always clean when I stay... staff are always welcoming...

Pros:The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's very quiet, even with so many people there. I think the rooms could use a good updating, tho. There was water damage in the floor and wall around the ac in the bedroom, no TV in the "living room", only one burner worked on the stove. The water from the shower head was weak and the water didn't get hot unless you turned it all over he way to that side, then you end up scalding yourself.

The ceiling above our bed leaked for both nights of our stay, ceiling yellow water damaged, carpet wet must have mold. No one ever attending the desk to report to, very disappointed and unhappy supposed to be a romantic get away…

There was only one issue and that was the door lock. The extra door slide had no matching part so there was no back up lock in case anyone tried to come into our room and we mentioned it at the desk on leaving.
Otherwise the sheets smelled very clean and bed was comfortable. Room was clean too.

This motel & room were bare-minimum. Outdated, no coffee pot, cheap linens & furniture. It provided us a place to shower and sleep, that's what we were looking for. Wasn't dirty but definitely not cleaned that well, either.
