五樓衞生打掃的不乾淨 大娘嗓門太大 早上就開始嗷嗷的太影響睡覺了 服務態度也不好 拿着客户不當人嗎 進屋守着我拿着我的剪指刀剪自己指甲 咋想的啊 真的無語了

無法用語言形容房間的噁心，設施老化缺失，帶孩睡了一宿，渾身癢癢！廁所用濕巾擦了，太臟了！！毛巾都快成黑色的了！浴室的門衹有一半，沙發上那噁心的殘留物，簡直了！

前台服務很差，在外面賣19的煙他們賣25就挺服氣的，在房間睡覺服務人員直接開門就進來，也沒用敲門，看到有人扭頭走了，
