The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

The location is great because is right beside the high speed trail and there are many restaurants close to it. But I have to change the room, because the first one was smelling very bad, but they could change me. The room could be cleaner. Another thing, it’s a very big city, I went during Canton Fair, that is a very big event, but they weren’t prepared enough to accommodate tourists that don’t speak Chinese. The communication was very difficult!!

The environment is elegant, comfortable and pleasant. I would like to thank Xiao Wu at the front desk for his warm reception and proper arrangements. Considering our stay needs, he was very considerate and upgraded to a suite for two nights. Great hotel that is nothing to complain or fault about. Location just next to Yantang station (go exit B). Overhead bridge leads you to few neighbourhood supermarkets, eateries, bakeries, coffee joints. If you are lazy to go across, just eat at the hotel lobby where there are 2 inexpensive restaurants to serve you lovely local dim sum or western food. Super convenient ! The hotel rooms are quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining cleanliness. Extremely warm and friendly people around. Will come back again for another extended stay ! Highly recommended !

Breakfast even worse than local Chinese brand, cannot believed they subcontract to outside restaurant in ICC mall for breakfast…. Hotel room air conditioning they locked the function….you opened the air con then only provided heat but unable to control the temperature which made me sweat all night…..l even paid for more than Sheraton but l can’t slept well and don’t have control for the air conditioning which is totally ********.

When I came to Guangzhou before, I stayed in Linhexi and I was familiar with it. When I was looking for a hotel this time, I found that a new one had opened here and the price was right, so I wanted to stay and try it out. The International Trade Center is on the left after exit A of Linhexi Subway Station. The front desk is on the first floor and the hotel is on the sixth floor. The transportation is really convenient. Not only is there a subway station downstairs, but there is also a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is just a stop away from the airport on Line 3. The service attitude is good and the sanitation is also good. The selected bright room is more than 20 square meters and has everything you need. It was the marble wall on the glass side of the washbasin that leaked. When I first moved in and entered the room, I put my makeup bag on the countertop and it got wet inside and out. Later, I asked the cleaning lady and she said that this problem did exist. All in all, it was a successful new hotel experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou.
