Service was wonderful, got a free late check out.. The location was great and near the food area, there was a nice craft beer restaurant along the area too near the river...
The hotel room bed was comfortable and the city view was quite nice.. some part of the hotel may require some touch up but definitely a nice hotel to stay in for a short duration.. easy to travel around to all the tourists hotspot..

Most importantly, the name of the hotel (bar and Spa) had miss lead us to book this hotel. Which both facilities are not available within this hotel year ago.
The room are satisfied but the common area are in bad shape. ( lift and corridor)
Feel that the management team is not interested to run this hotel.
The location of this hotel is good, next to many good food and shopping.
Due to the 广交会，the hotel prices look too high for this hotel.

Easy hotel in a good location. Unfortunately there are not services to go to the canton fair.

I arrived late at the hotel. Staff was excellent and assured me that the room was ready. also provided a battery pack to enable my iPhone to be charged. This is a very staff at the counter.
