We did a short 2 night stay for my big family of 7. As there are limited rooms, we split into 4 different rooms. However, we were in different levels as there were no availability, and I found It strange as I booked It online really really early before my trip. It caused some difficulty in planning for my family but not too tough.
We were not used to people smoking indoors and hotel rooms. The smoke smell was too strong for it me such that I went to buy air freshener to spray in my room. The hotel staff was able to help me change to another room for my children but I was not able to as there's no availability.
The hotel's location is really convenient. It's situated at a major rail interchange. However, it is often crowded and traffic is heavy. As such, the honking from the cars is almost unending. So if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty adjusting.
The hotel room itself is a bit jaded and it's non carpeted. The toilet is split into the WC and shower room, and there's only 1 door. So at any point in time, you can only close one side of it, and the door cannot be locked. You can only close it. WC and shower room do have mould growing. So do consider this if you are highly particular about it.
The hotel has self service chargeable laundry services. They even have portable dryer for drying clothes that can be brought to your room. It's really convenient.
Thus, I believe this hotel is good for transient passengers who are looking at like, one night stay for business purposes, or travelling in transit. But it may not be so suitable for families.
