Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

From far, look for the mercure hotel. It’s in the same building. During this winter season, hotel turn off the aircon function and on heat mode. Do take note for those that can’t sleep without aircon. Some rooms can open window, for those that can’t, hotel will send a standing fan over. The shower tap function is design in a way need to turn on from cold water to hot water, hence the water is very big if u use very hot water.

The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Hotel is newly opened in 2022, clean and located right to the mall. Staff are attentive and friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is also a coffee shop located at the lobby. Highly recommded.

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!

for the first time in my entire life and travel experience, I am writing a really negative review. I am very upset with the work of the reception staff!!!!I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I had a hard day and I was very tired.I parked my car at the main entrance at 9.50pm, There were no signs forbidding parking .After registration, I went up to my room, took a shower, 40 minutes passed and I went to bed at 10.50pm. At 12 midnight phone is ring and girl from reception ask me to re-park a Car!!!!! I told her that I'm already sleep and I won't do it. after that, they came to my room, woke me and my children up! and they forced me to re-park the car. I repeat, there were no signs banning parking there! And 2 hours have passed since my arrival!!!

After checking in, he thoughtfully took us to the door of the room and escorted us all the way to the elevator. I was here for Canton Fair and this hotel is a very good choice for people like us. They offer free Canton Fair shuttle bus service. And the hotel is on intersection of metro lines, which I found it very useful. Only downside is that walls are thin that you can hear the noisss.

The hotel is pretty decent .It’s at a central place .Makes it easy to travel around .A bit far from the airport .Had to pay ¥150 .The hotel is clean but , the could invest in cleaning their carpets as they’re dirty & maybe also invest in hotel fragrance to make it more pleasing
