So, what did this waiter do? Are you here to tarnish the image of this hotel? ? ? The guest booked a mountain view room, but they were not given a room with a mountain view. He said there was no such room. Later, he threatened the guest that the mountain view side was particularly noisy, so he arranged a room with a dark side view of the balcony of a residential building? ? ? Continuing with the shortcomings, it also has something to do with this waiter. I came to the front desk to pick up something on the afternoon of the third day. It was around 5 pm on January 14th. I saw her at the front desk again. She was chatting with a colleague. The chat was in full swing. I saw a guest. Instead of saying hello or doing business, they chatted and treated the guests like air. This kind of waiter is actually arranged at the front desk? ? ? With this kind of front desk attendant and this kind of service experience, some other benefits are wiped out. The air conditioner on the shady side brings cool breeze, and the room is very cold. No matter how the heat mode is adjusted or the temperature is adjusted, the room is always 18 or 20 degrees Celsius. The bedding, including mattress, sheets, pillows, was very comfortable.
