It can be noisy for three hours, and then the grandparents in the park play music and sing in the park in the morning, so they can’t sleep. It’s not suitable for people who sleep late. It’s more convenient to eat in the cafeteria downstairs and it’s not expensive. It's free. The house is like an adverti*****t. I forgot to take photos. I wanted to stay for three nights. I didn't sleep well for two consecutive days and could only change to another hotel.

Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

My mother said that the bed and pillows are very suitable, and the air conditioning and hot water are also very powerful. The best thing is that parking in the city is a big problem. There is a parking garage under the hotel. When you leave, tell the front desk room number and license plate number to park for free. It happened that my car was parked at the elevator entrance and it was very convenient to take things. The hotel is cost-effective. I’ve been staying at the Rosedale on and off over the past decade… but here’s the problem: it doesn’t appear to have been renovated or redecorated in that time. The room looked old and worn and had a strong smell of damp. The bathroom and shower seemed to belong to byegone era. Comfort was purely perfunctory, nothing more. Good points: the night receptionist was very friendly; and the breakfast was good. But the hotel seriously needs to upgrade if it wants to continue to charge the kind of prices that it does.

I see that the previous customer booked a month earlier than me and it was not during the Spring Festival. I am still during the Spring Festival. How can he be more expensive than me? They are all booked by Ctrip. Will Ctrip tell the hotel the price? I spent 68 yuan to buy a breakfast, but I was so disappointed. There was nothing and no one went to eat. It was so convenient to eat around that there was no need to spend such a waste of money. After checking in, it was hard to describe the cleanliness. Because I arrived too late, it was 12 o'clock, so I didn't want to bother and had to make do with it. I live on the 48th floor and the windows cannot be opened. The hotel room still smells like decoration.

I was afraid of safety risks, so I decided to cancel my extended stay for one day.

This hotel served the purpose for us, which was to spend the last day of our 2 week trip in China to head back home from Guangzhou airport. Hotel is however away from the touristy area. The check in was easy and front desk staff spoke bit of English. The room was small which was expected. But didn’t expect the bed to be small. There were only 2 pillows for 2 of us. We are so used to 4 pillows so it was bit uncomfortable. The AC would directly hit your face when sleeping. The shower is bit too short for too tall people like by husband who’s 6’2. Other than these, the hotel is very clean. There’s a robot to bring you things. You can order food via online apps and get them delivered to your room.
