Hotels near Foguang Rock in Guilin

The most satisfying thing is that the parking lot is large enough, parking is convenient and can be accessed at any time, and it is convenient for motorists to stay overnight.

The accommodation was lovely. It's a small trip in to town. It's possible to rent electric scooters and go in. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. They left a small welcoming gift which was appreciated. There are lots of cool things to see in the resort area, as well as little scenic pathways to walk just next to it. Breakfast was okay. On the second morning it was late and most food had not been prepared yet, even though they said breakfast is served from 7am. Some of us were waiting for the food in order to leave early for our next destination.

I would like to extend a special thank you to staff members at the front desk, Mia and Dong Dong, during my recent stay. Their dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction was truly exceptional. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made my experience at the hotel even more memorable. I am grateful for their outstanding service and look forward to returing to the Guilin Holiday Inn Express in the future, knowing that I will be in good hands.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a solo traveler, I do feel that it’s good for one night to experience that design and pampering space. There are bus tour groups which go there and seem to work well with the KTV, Buffet meals, and lounging areas. From my trip, I stayed for two days after the Chinese Qixing Festival. It was really nice to arrive and have access to the teatime snacks and desserts as well as the wonderful architecture and furniture design. The outdoor pool is nice, however the indoor pool charges 50 yuan because they offer drinks and snacks. The only drinks and snacks they offered were juice boxes and some fruit. One employee told me that there were cocktails available. The exercise room and yoga room were set up very nice. The shower rooms very clean. I would not pay for the indoor swimming pool in my opinion based on the drink/snacks. The bar that is advertised from some user photos does not exist. Some employees said it was open, others said not. Management can communicate that better, as a lush hotel should have a solid lounge. The tea lounge does not have any alcohol drinks available, but rather decoration of wine bottles. The design is gorgeous though. One employee told me that they ran out of alcohol due to holiday, and another employee told me that there was a bar open which really was not. I simply went to get my own spirits when I wanted a cocktail (made in my room). Other than that, everything in the hotel was fine. My room was really lovely with the exception of the fact that you cannot go out on the balconies and there is a smoke smell from the carpet. The hotel gladly gave me a an air purifier to help alleviate the smell. My opinion is that the power should be sat on before a guest checks into their room. I had to change the filter over the two days. It did not appear that the KTV was open (maybe epidemic), I decided to go hang out in town, but enjoyed the Victorian flair when relaxing. Overall, the comfort, bathing, and relaxation was great. The breakfast is really delicious, and the service of the employees all around was impeccable despite the fact that they could not offer all of the amenities. It seems an OK place for families/photos as well since the property is unique. The 50 yuan for tea time was probably the most valuable, and the room service staff are detailed. The butler/reception very professional, Ayi staff amazing. Transportation quite easy.

Standard Hampton convenience. Good location, with several shops available for purchase. Very close to airport so convenient. Good combination of Western and Chinese breakfast.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. They speak English and this made our trip so much easier. The receptionist booked the Li River Cruise for us and helped us getting taxis and recommended restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk person is very helpful. Hotel is in a good location. Just 1-2 mins walk from bus stop. The room was very comfortable. AC was working well. The cleanliness on the corridor to be taken care of ..

This was my first Guillin experience and I want to say that the hotel had a lot to do with it. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, she gave me a good room, clean, bright and with a view of the mountains. In the morning she took me to try the famous rice noodles, she took me to the restaurant and we could eat together. She also very kindly took care that the flies did not bite me and she gave me medicine to avoid them in my room. at night I sat with her and she invited me to tea; She is aware of everything, it is a very good area and she is the best giving information to travelers, all the time I communicated with her through wechat so she gave me very good information to enjoy my trip. If you want to come to Guillin, I recommend this hotel, you will spend a few very quiet days and enjoy your trip. a hotel that I will return to and recommend 100%. thanks for your kindness and service.

The room faces the mountains and waters, the scenery is quite good, sunny and rainy. The days when it came were still fine, the courtyard could watch the stars and the moon; the next few days were rainy and rainy, then in this season of osmanthus behind, plum blossoms before, they sat by the window, looking at the poetic green hills, listening to the rain, taste, writing, painting. ”Who said south to the far king, face green mountains always poetry. Absolutely fantastic hotel!!! Firstly they can speak English so it made things easier, the lady called me and asked if they can arrange a pick up from the train station. They went above and beyond with their hospitality! I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Guilin. The staff of the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes out of the city and right next to The Reed Flute Cave. If you are looking for quite and relaxation in between touring this is the place. The rooms have beautiful views of the mountains, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view or from the comfort of your bathtub. You even get spoiled with bubble bath and the bed/pillows are so comfortable. Breakfast is good and they gave something different each morning...my highlight was they had good coffee, the best I had in a hotel in China!!! My favorite was the noodles and the wonton soup. Service was the best, facilities were up to start and clean, you get new amenities every day. They make your stay and trip so convenient for you, you can ask them to arrange a driver to take you to the different sites. Thank you for everything Peach Blossom you made my trip more Rememrable!
