The room was very clean and comfortable with all appliances working correctly. Internet worked well for the tasks I was undertaking. Bed was very comfortable, and the towels were soft and great to use. Very enjoyable space to be in at any time, work or holidays.

The Maynestay is my 'go to' Motel in Gunnedah. Warm and friendly people and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need is supplied. While it is a short distance from the CBD if walking, this is more than compensated by being right next door to the wonderful Maverick Bistro.

Motel is located in a quiet spot, within walking distance of everything that you need. The rooms have comfy beds with powerful air conditioning so you are comfortable year round, and the staff are extremely helpful. Very smooth check in and check out process.

Maynestay was great we only stayed one night on our way home Position handy to walk to the main street Very good size room and very shiney clean and everything we would need Chris was very helpful with good advice and sorted a problem for us Highly recommend

Very comfortable and plenty of space. Easy walking distance to cafes. We particularly appreciated the lounge which a lot of motels don't have. And the air conditioning was so welcome when it turned really cold. We will definitely book again.

Very nice rooms and a welcoming host. Very convenient location, close to a club where they served some excellent meals. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, with comfortable chairs and good lighting. Nice quiet air-conditioning. Free Netflix if you don't like what's on TV. Very comfortable bed and a quiet motel even though it on the main street through the town. A little on the down side, this motel has stairs to the upper level and our room had fairly poor shower pressure.

Lovely clean room, lots of space. Bed was extra comfy & the pillows were great. Very friendly manager. Great location as well...terrific restaurant right next door! We have stayed here before & will do so again. Look forward to the new spas!!!

Spent the last three weeks in country NSW and Victoria staying in motels/hotels and this is one of the best and cheapest. No real surprise as we have stayed here before. Large comfortable rooms, good location and a great restaurant next door. ( Mavericks) . In our opinion a better choice than Tamworth (45 minutes away) for an overnight stay especially if you have not driven across the Breeza Plain or taken in the stunning views from Porcupine Lookout.

Our room was lovely and clean and spacious, the motel is located in the main street not far from pubs and other food outlets. The staff are friendly. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Maynestay.
