Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

No English speaking staff available. Younger staffs assistance was better due to easier communication. Food is not as great as expected however the onsen water was great. Stayed for 5 days and my skin was much softer. Only if the buffet was better quality,,, But i would visit Hakodate again for onsen and food with a view. I iked the city muvh better than osaka for sure.

函館3連泊の内の初日に使用。客室はシンプルで清潔ですが、大浴場がやや古いと感じます。五島軒のカレーなどが食べ放題とのことで夕食バイキング付きにしましたが、こちらは期待はずれ。五島軒のカレーは煮込みすぎ(温めすぎ)、牛ステーキは油脂注入の形成肉、天ぷらは衣が厚くて重い印象でした。花畑牧場のラクレットだけは美味しかったです。
朝ごはんはいくらも食べ放題だけど、正直函館の他のホテルでもそういうところは多いし、特筆事項ではないかなと。
二食付き一泊20000円で値段に対して可もなく不可もなくってところだと思うので、平均点で投稿させてもらいました。

房間空間舒適，陽台可以看海，溫泉澡堂及各項設施都無可挑剔，早餐有各種生魚片、鮭魚*、干貝無限取用，非常好吃。

3星級酒店，不是日本旅館那種。温泉水質很不錯但沒有view有點缺失靈魂。晚餐早餐都是自助餐，種類很豐富，品質衹能算中等，特別那個煎牛肉很一般般肉質。

房間很大、乾淨整潔，房間有免費礦泉水和小餅乾吃。酒店一樓有免費咖啡機。早餐和晚餐的自助餐都很好吃！能吃到北海道限定的奶酪！還有各種各樣的小甜品。如果選擇入住這個酒店請務必挑選含早餐和晚餐的住房套餐！！真的很驚喜！泡温泉超舒服～期待下次來函館ww
