The hotel is newly built and very new. The hotel itself has Hakone Kowakien Garden, the window is like a painting, the Japanese garden, the view is excellent, and lying in the room is also a kind of enjoyment. The breakfast is good, especially the sashimi you can choose, a big bowl full, after breakfast, go out to play, and eat it as brunch (Hakone is on the mountain, and the restaurants outside are definitely not as good as the hotel). I will come again next time.

I booked this hotel on Ctrip for a promotion, and I feel like I got what I paid for. This hotel is a little far away, but it's close to the bus station and within walking distance of the Sculpture Gallery. The hotel itself has a beautiful courtyard, the dinner buffet is great, and you can go to the hot spring park unessun and Mori no Onsen across the street for free. The hot spring park is far from the domestic one, but the hot spring is great. Many Japanese locals bring their kids here. An unforgettable stay experience~

Very satisfied, the service is good, clean and refreshing, there are not many people, and the whole process is very quiet. The location is convenient and the transportation is good. The hot spring water is particularly good. The equipment and conditions are among the best for hot springs in recent years. I was originally worried about the crowds during the May Day holiday, but basically there is no need to worry. The hotel is well organized and there are places for children to play and rest in the middle of each floor. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The garden equipped by the hotel is quiet and beautiful. It is a private garden of Mitsui Group. There are koi fish among them. The light rain is pattering and the mist is rising in the misty rain. The bath is also very comfortable. If you can order a buffet, it is best to order it. It is really good. No Don't be restless. Sometimes you don't go anywhere but to a quiet place of refuge. There are several art museums you can go to nearby. Since this is not my first time to Hakone, I didn’t deliberately go up the mountain or go out. The Glass Art Museum is relatively small, so I recommend other art museums.

The hotel is right in front of the bus stop, which is convenient for taking the cable car to Gora or shopping in Gotemba. There is a convenience store on the left side of the hotel. The room is very large, and the twin beds are more than enough for four people. It is a garden-style hotel with many rooms and many local Japanese people. There is a girl who speaks Mandarin at the front desk. She should be ********* and has a good attitude. The hotel dinner is not bad, the sushi is fresh, the sashimi is not much but enough, the teppanyaki wagyu tastes good, the oden prawns are very good, and there are many choices of beer, soft drinks and sake. The only drawback is that there is no fresh fruit, maybe Japanese fruit is really too expensive. There is sashimi rice for breakfast, which is worth the price. A 300 yen tax is required for check-out.

Very impressed. New hotel, just renovated, good staff, quick check-in, no protracted waiting time here and there. Very attentive We entered the room at 3 p.m. and were provided free tea and coffee throughout the day, unlike other hotels where we could only eat for a certain amount of time. It's considered very fair. You can eat whenever you want. The onsen is very good. The view is very good. Clean. Use Pola. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Opposite is Yunessun. There is a shuttle bus to Gora Station and the big sakura park. Easy to walk around The room is spacious, sleeps comfortably, 10/10.
