Really good hotel with nice rooms. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk around to most places. There is a nice pool area, but the sauna was unfortunately closed without us knowing. There is a parking garage, but it is very expensive, approx. 44 euros per Day. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Maybe not a place I will come again with the expensive parking.

Check in was friendly and informative advising of us faculties available such as pool and bar. Our room was lovely perfectly clean and well proportioned with comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Turned out pool was not available as there was maintenance issues but this was not very clear to non German speaking guests and not advised in checkin. Also bar was unavailable not open and no explanation provided. Some staff were great others not so helpful. Poor compensation offered for the broken pool and closed bar. Shame as hotel was lovely otherwise.

Amazing stay, we had a long and awkward day, we went to wrong hotel, we booked the room incorrect and the key cards wouldn’t work. The FOH staff dealt with us superbly, thank you Sabrina and her colleague (apologies) …opened my eyes to the world of Adina. It’s the future…
Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, easy parking, supermarket and places to eat nearby ….

After a super long trip from Oslo, battle weary we arrived, we were greeted by Sabrina and her colleague, they proper helped us find peace out of a tricky situation. I can’t thank them enough for what they did! They were amazing…cakes on reception, the facilities are first class, parking super easy. I was enlightened as to other Adina Apartments world wide! As a Tour Manager I will definitely be bikkkng with Adina in the future! Many Thanks again ✊

Everything as expected though it’s showing signs of wear and tear. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We think a service team should check more regularly to ensure there are glasses and all lights are working.

This is my third stay Adina Hamburg Michel. Again, a very pleasant stay with very accomodating staff. The breakfast choice seemed reduced this time, the last time I visited was pre-2020, that is the only comment I could make.

This is a well located, family friendly hotel with spacious room and good amenities for a studio type hotel room. The location is convenient and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was also a good spread. The city centre was also within easy reach though not an easy walk The swimming is of decent length for a reasonable length to get a decent workout
