這次住鴻德，真真傷透心了！酒店服務特別差，打掃房間，居然把我的包給扔掉，裏面有我的一雙皮靴子👢和一套新買的洗漱包、毛巾袋，住了三天了，走的時候發現包不見了。
找前台處理，沒人搭理我，要求查看下監控也不給查，非得説我自己整沒的。我實在氣的沒辦法，才報警。在警察的幫助下查看監控，發現打掃衞生給扔的。這下好了，又埋怨我報警。警察也幫忙勸解，大堂經理居然説我的鞋子是舊的要折價，人家警察都看不過去了説：“顧客都沒説話，你們直接還有理説是舊的”，我也聽的氣炸了。我雖然600多的鞋，加上新買的洗漱包，折騰半天才願意賠我300。關鍵300塊錢能幹個屁，我衹想要回我的東西，我要是真想訛你的錢，我就説2000你也得賠，還居然非得讓我提供買靴子的付款憑證，警察走後還一直不願意賠錢，埋怨我為什麼報警，我要不是着急走，非得跟你們不講經營誠信的破酒店爭論到底。都是您們的理。什麼服務態度，簡直太差勁。
