The hotel was very nice, the decoration modern, and the hygiene very good.
The hotel owner was super friendly supportive, even drove us to the station and organized milk for our toddler. If we are back in Hami, we'd definetily stay there again!
老板特别善良，他帮忙我们安排很多事情，送我们去高铁站，推荐玩的和吃的地方。服务就特别好。
房间很干净，为小宝贝合适。一点都没有吸烟的味道。

酒店提供免費接站服務，我訂的雙床房寬敞舒適，床睡的舒服，酒店房間在12樓早餐是在11樓，前台接待很熱情，下次來哈密還會入住。

酒店環境是真的不錯，衞生很乾凈，每次來都有一種家的感覺，非常舒適，吃飯方便，最主要的是大廳接待很好，辦理入住也很快，晚上還有會免費水果，洗衣服，送站服務，在這個酒店所有的體驗都很完美，大廳一直會有一個美女在，看了一下牌子好像是店長，服務意識非常強，端茶倒水，真心的給好評

酒店位置不錯，吃飯出行都很方便，房間乾淨衞生，酒店的服務非常不錯，每個工作人員見面就問好，前台辦理入住快而專業，晚上值班的管家大姐給送了果盤和夜宵，大姐人很親切熱情，酒店真的挺好的，值得點贊[強][強][強]還有接車服務

非常不錯的一家酒店，從酒店前台004-002-015號，從進酒店的大門開始這些前台人員全部面帶笑容，熱情接待，讓人心裏特別舒服，滿意，我們是坐火車來哈密的，酒店安排的前台經理，馮經理來接站，人超美，聲音狠甜，到酒客房保安大叔熱情似火，晚上還有宵夜吃，酒店的設施設備齊全，房間裏面其中配有加濕器，獨立衞生間，乾濕分離，這點特別好，房間的床不得不説特別舒服，滿意！馮經理還介紹了哈密本地的美食，還有好玩的地方，真心不錯！
設施：設施齊全，乾濕分離挺好
衞生：非常乾淨，毛巾浴巾都是獨立包裝
環境：環境舒適，除了大廳門口有一點點小裝修，其他都還不錯
服務：非常好，特別好，相當好！
