60平的標準間300多一點，床大衞生間大，服務也很好，緊鄰高鐵站，高速下來進哈密遠遠就能看到這個酒店，出行非常方便。已經推薦給朋友們

酒店很不錯，就在火車站旁邊，特別方便，晚上也不吵，酒店服務很周到，主動給我免費升級了套房，每天還送各種水果和乾果，早餐也很豐盛，服務和設施是我在哈密住過的酒店當中最好的，推薦大家選擇這家酒店，酒店裡也有新疆特色餐廳，味道也不錯

我五月二日入住酒店，兩個晚上，每天晚上酒店温度高達28-29度，室外温度14-17度，熱到讓人難以入睡，酒店方面説是要檢修空調設備，無法提供冷氣，我想問一下為什麼不在入住之前就告知旅客，酒店無法提供冷氣，讓旅客早點知道，早點做準備？而且還安排在21樓的高層，這麼大的酒店也沒有辦法提供出一個電風扇？因為同行還有一個小孩，每天晚上感覺都要中暑了，身上很熱！從辦理住店，沒有提醒任何一句空調再檢修，害我白白開了兩個小時的熱風！本來就熱，結果更熱！以為市自己空調開錯了，聯繫酒店，隨隨便便就搪塞旅客説再檢修，無發提供冷氣。我入住的第一晚，已經反饋過房間太熱，大人小孩無法好好休息，酒店無動於衷！屬於已讀不回！體驗感極差，服務態度也不好！大家避雷！
