This was a terrible experience. It was a seedy motel. I couldn't get into my room till an hour after check-in time. The room was filthy and smelled horrible. The air conditioner looked like stuff had been poured in it years ago it was nasty! People hung out on the walkway outside my room partying until way after midnight. I would have had a better night's sleep had I slept in my car! The location is the only thing it has going for it. I've stayed in better hotels for half the price... And while this list as a hotel it is not it is a motel and I would never stay in a quality inn again. Nor will I continue to use trip.com because it recommended this motel as a hotel.

Hotel did not provide microwave first night. I made a request twice for microwave and was promised microwave and it didn't ever come to room.
Also breakfast was not served as advertised. Only bread was available

What was amazing was they had breakfast but everything else was terrible. Me and my girls had to buy bleach to clean the bathrooms. It was that bad!! It was really unclean guys!!

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk was very welcoming and the few issues I had they resolved very quickly. I would surely stay here again. Breakfast is not that great. They were out of sugar and front desk said he was too busy to get more but breakfast area was very clean.

First there was no remote to work television after finally getting a remote issues with cable service that I was told was getting repaired but cable never came on. The heater in room only blew out cool air no heat. No microwave in room. Front desk was called several times. But no one came back to room to take care of the issues.

There were people in the parking lot doing questionable things , it appears to be an extended stay, smelled like food was cooking in the rooms, big clumps of hair in the drain, floors filthy (white socks black after walking on the floor) tags and things left from previous guest . The people at front desk accused us of running a scam because we weren’t happy with the room. Horrible experience!
