It was a realy nice hotel with great service but if your main reason for going to Hangzhou is West lake I would suggest looking for something closer (especially during holidays) because its quite far from the lake and railway station. Otherwise its great!

First and foremost, 宫可欣The service is very good. She’s so kind and professional. Helped me decorate the room for my birthday. She Kept in communication with me about details 1 week before my arrival & very trustworthy. Secondly, I’m so in love with this hotel, it’s very modern, very clean, stylish & the rooms are big enough. It’s my second stay & I would stay here all over again & again. I’m treated like a Princess 👑. Whole staff at this hotel is very professional, polite & very helpful, always covered with smiles. For me, honestly I’m very satisfied with everything. I have no complaints at all. The assistant manager too is so kind, I had some personal troubles and she was quick to find a solution which made me so happy & lightened. The valet/ door attendants are also very helpful. Five stars .

The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap. Draps and blanket of the bed made my skin irritated a bit.

For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc. the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.

The hand sanitizer is also citrus scent, and I like it very much. The room feels safe. I slept peacefully all night with the mosquito coil on. When I was about to check out, I just closed the suitcase and saw a strange bug on the ground twisted and sprang up. .

whenever I am in Hangzhou -Xiaoshan, I choose this hotel to stay in, Nice staff, good service, and great breakfast. It is very near to the subway station and also very near to a big shopping mall, Price is very good. Last time I used the Pool which was a bit old, but very nice, especially in the evening after you are off duty. there is also a rooftop Coffee shop in the last floor. I found out that many Flight attendants are staying in this hotel. We have booked two rooms and extended for more days.

This house is located in a very good location. We have a project in Xinyi Square. It is very close here. The car parks at Xinyi Square. Walk here for a few minutes.
