We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

Service was absolutely top notch, from the check-in staff, the concierge, the room service crew, as you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel. Breakfast had lots of great options for everyone, there was one female cook that didn’t seem to want to hold things for me on the side while I was handling stuff for the wife and baby, but the manager took care of it for us, so once again, amazing service. Room was big and well maintained albeit a bit old. Wife insisted that I mentioned the amazing quality of the soap. I’ll say that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but I’m sure others will love that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay again!!

This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

When I entered, the parking lot service staff enthusiastically helped me park my car. I had very little luggage and I didn’t need help. The service was really super enthusiastic and led me to the front desk to help me with the procedures. He took me into the room and gently introduced the hotel and the room. I was really flattered. The hotel is controlled by Xiaodu intelligently. I can turn on the air conditioner, turn on the TV and close the curtains with just one sentence. It's so convenient! The small items prepared are full of details, including disposable dental floss, masks, wet wipes, and even face towels in the room. The breakfast buffet is particularly delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. I feel like I am a bastard when it comes to this. ,Hahaha I'm lazy as hell and rarely comment. I arrived in Wuzhen in the evening, and the hotel clerk called me back to check whether I arrived at my destination safely.
