The hotel was pretty beautiful but the staff wasn’t very keen to help. Concierge wouldn’t help me with 4 huge paintings and 2 suitcases and a saxophone. The dining staff however was really polite friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for foreigners in the time being. I asked for help to take an id photo and I was told by receptionist the hotel had no white wall, smh! Had to ask an Ayi to do it only then did they offer help. They need to train their staff for this branch isn’t living to the Standards of The Hamptons.

This is a wonderful hotel with a service at the front desk that goes beyond what they usually do. The lady in the front desk even walked us outside to provide us with directions. There's also free parking lot for guests. The room is comfortable and spacious. The WiFi is REALLY good! The breakfast is also great, and has good coffee. There's a coffee shop (expensive) that we didn't find it too charming. There is a mall nearby with plenty of restaurants, and you can stroll in the nearby area visiting the river banks, and also the science museum. Just a suggestion, they could place a small fridge in the room to have cold drinks, specially in summer.

I booked a hotel here because I was on a business trip. Many of the small designs in the hotel are a refreshing mix of old Guanzhong B&B items and modern minimalist designs. The room is well-equipped and very new. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the fatigue is gone. I usually sleep very lightly, but here I can't hear the sound from the corridor or next door at all. The location is very close to the subway station and very convenient. You can also walk along the path next to it. The check-in was done by Xiaolang for me. I told her that she would wake me up at 4 a.m. the next day and go to the airport, check out at 5 a.m. the next day and go to the airport to catch a plane. But the restaurant hadn't served breakfast yet, so she thought to herself that she couldn't let me leave the hotel hungry to catch my flight, so she silently kept this message in mind and planned to prepare a packed breakfast for me. At four o'clock in the morning the next day, she used the microwave to heat up the fresh meat buns and walnut buns, and then paired them with cold food, cookies, fruits, nuts and milk, and a simple and nutritious breakfast was ready. When I checked out, I saw the breakfast served by Xiao Lang, which was unexpected and surprising, which made me feel warm.

Very clean, lovely service, very helpful and an overall welcoming feeling. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable. Great sleek office area if you need to settle down to work, shower and bathroom area sleek throughout. The breakfast is quality over quantity, and very well done. I think for the price it’s an absolute bargain. Will be saying here again for sure! My photos are of a lived in room, not just opening. You can tell arriving the room has been throughly cleaned each time!

The services from the very first service delivery point was good. The front desk officials were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get me good price specials on the room o extend for 1 night. The doorman was also very helpful and respectful! 👏👏👏 Once I’ve got to the room, it was very clean, no dust on the tables or window sill, nor the bathroom shelves & counters. The room came with full amenities and the ventilation of air was good during the night and day time. The breakfast could be adjusted a bit where there will be a more variety of foods available on the counter tops for the guests. They can also include an iron board and iron into the rooms for urgent use.

A very, very good stay experience for 28 days! The hotel staff, including front desk, cleaning, restaurant, and manager, provide proactive, enthusiastic, perfect and free service. The front desk takes the initiative to deliver drinks, provides umbrellas when it rains, collects express delivery, delivers takeaways, and answers the phone 24 hours a day to solve various problems. Cleaning (main cleaner Piyi) cleans outside the ”do not disturb” time every day when guests do not schedule. Cleaning is proactive, comprehensive, thorough and careful every day. There are many kinds of breakfast in the restaurant, including hot dishes, fried noodles and rice, steamed dumplings, porridge, fried points, freshly cooked meatballs and noodles, oatmeal, salads, pastries, fruits, etc. The manager took the initiative to help track down the missing courier and called the courier on his behalf to track it down. The room is large, equipped with considerate and complete equipment, the air conditioning is comfortable, and water, drinks, and biscuits are provided every day The hotel provides free laundry service, and the laundry is delivered to the door of the room, which is very convenient. Shortcomings: The sound insulation is slightly weak, and the noise from the construction site nearby affects sleep in the early morning; the ventilation system is insufficient, and other residents can smell smoking in the toilet (the room is non-smoking) Summary: Highly recommend staying at this hotel!
