Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

This was my second time coming here. A group of us travelled to Hangzhou to celebrate my friends birthday. The guest manager and Damon on the front desk were very helpful when organise a cake and some decorations to make sure the room was personal. They also gave us a free upgrade and free VIP to celebrate the birthday thank you so much. The service at the gym was amazing Christiana speaks good English and he explained how the gym and swi***ool service works. The gym has a lot of equipment and the swimming pool is at the right temperature. The breakfast has a variety of both English and Chinese food and it's a good spread. We loved our stay at JW Marriott. Lastly, I would like to thank the concierge Albert he was so helpful he helped us with our takeaway food and also explained to our taxi driver the directions. He was polite and offered us masks before our travel this is a true example of excellent service thank you Albert you should be in management.

I booked a hotel after a night trip to Wulin Pier. It took ten minutes to share a bicycle and the starting price of a taxi. Breakfast is 68 full price for a child over 1.2 meters tall. Thank you to the front desk for sending the children's breakfast. The baby in the bathtub loves it and can watch TV while washing. It's been too hot in Hangzhou these days. As a result, I couldn't sleep well without air conditioning. I am very satisfied with the service and feel very safe. Radisson is really nice.

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

The hotel has a subway station within a ten-minute walk, which is convenient for travel. It is very close to Wulin Square, Kerry Center, West Lake Yintai and other business districts. 2) The room is simple, clean and large. The sanitary area is separated from wet and dry. The bath water is large and the hot water is stable (additional items). 24-hour purifier ventilation. Cleaned very clean every day. 3) Every waiter, including the cleaning aunt, is very enthusiastic, careful, and can find the needs of the guests in time. 4) In-house guests can make an appointment to visit the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province, which is the best surprise for this trip. The young man who explained was very serious and led everyone to understand Zhejiang and understand the development of Zhejiang. Very suitable for families with children. Overall, the price, service, location, all aspects are not lost to five-star hotels, even better than five-star. Worth staying again.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The location was convenient and it was easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff members were also nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and it was clear that they were looking out for the best interest of the customer. They even went out of their way to help me find my lost take out delivery! I loved the bath tub in the room and really was able to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hangzhou.

In order to visit the West Lake and Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, I chose this hotel. It is very cost-effective on the weekend. Although the room has been renovated for 10 years, it is very clean. The restaurant on the 25th floor is very spacious. If the weather is good, you can overlook the West Lake. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, which vary every day. The transportation is also relatively convenient. If you go to West Lake, you can just ride a shared bicycle. There is a Guochang Plaza nearby for eating, which basically meets the needs of eating out. The service is really good. When checking in, the front desk clerk added WeChat and introduced the travel routes patiently and enthusiastically. Enjoying the check-in service in the large and bright lobby on the 25th floor is a good start😄. Unexpectedly, after checking out and leaving, I received a call from the hotel: I forgot something! I happened to be communicating through Xiao Fu’s WeChat, so I asked the hotel to express it. It’s rare to write so much. I would like to express my pleasure in visiting Hangzhou again and my gratitude for the hotel’s service.

the aircon in our room was very warm during our stay. we called the hotel reception to fix it but they cannot do anything about it as its centrally controlled. otherwise location is good and convenient as it is located near the subway station. staff are helpful and friendly but I really cannot stand the warm temperature in the room. I will not come back again as my sleep was disrupted by the warm temperature every night.

Stayed in the family room in March 2024, clean and tidy. The kids loved it. Walking out is the snack street and there are many shops, making it very convenient to buy food. 2 bathrooms and a separate bathtub, which is great for us. It is recommended to stay here if you are visiting Hangzhou. Attached is the West Lake sightseeing bus route. The hotel is close to the Children's Palace (Broken Bridge)

A good weekend for children, Atour's location is very good, opposite to Zhejiang Natural History Museum, Science and Technology Museum, 24-hour Natural History Museum, movie theater, and transportation is very convenient. The hotel is the closest to Exit F of Fengqi Road Subway Station, with convenient transportation. Wulin Square is just across the street. After checking in, I found that the washbasin in the bathroom had slight cracks. No bathrobes were found. Soundproofing is not great. When I went out, I found that the red carpet was not very smooth, and I didn't see the staff at that time. If there were children, would there be a safety hazard? You can enter the elevator without swiping your card. I don't quite understand this management method.

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.

The location was so good. There are many shopping malls nearby and I could walk to Seoho. The hotel is right near the subway station, so it is recommended for people with a lot of luggage. The hotel was generally good, but it wasn't good that the shower booth overflowed. Once I took a shower, my foot mat was all wet. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything.
