My 2nd time to book this place within 2 months. Location is west wing inside the building corner, near 7-Eleven store. Very convenient to take train & mrt. Many food shop located at west wing side too, no worry of finding breakfast, lunch ,dinner & supper. Room is spacious and clean, good for short stay, Breakfast is included, though simple local food. I would recommend friend if looking for cheap & convenient stay when visit Hangzhou.

Arrived late around 12am and we were offered the last room that was near the lift, but larger than other rooms. Location was near the railway station, but there weren't any food options at that time (not able to do delivery as we didn't have a local number).

The hotel was within walking distance from the train station, which was why we picked this location. It was not convenient other than its proximity to the train station. The rooms were spacious and updated. However, the facilities were not well maintained. There were mold in the room we first move in. It was so bad that we were having trouble sleeping. We requested to be moved to a different room the next day. The service desk was able to accommodate our request.

East Railway Station Area
Generally speaking, it is good, and the attitude of the people who come to pick you up is also very good. It is very close to the railway station. It is a small business center in two steps. The advantages are summarized in two words, and it is convenient! Another point is that it is really quiet and not noisy, although it is next to the train station. shortcoming: 1: Although it was only opened and decorated, the window has been broken, and you need to hold something against it to open it. 2: After check-in, there are girls' hair on the bathroom counter, which should not be cleaned. I ordered a luxurious one, but the shower in the bathroom is very small! There is no shower space of 1 square meter, which makes people crowded and very oppressive. 3: The shading of the curtains is too poor! Woke up early in the morning! The table is also broken and the compartment inside is dirty! There is also a sofa in the closet! They're all sticky and don't dare to sit.

Introduction to Hangzhou

Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province in Eastern China, is famed for its historic relics and natural beauty. Often described as "heaven on earth," Hangzhou's stunning landscapes, particularly the West Lake area, have inspired poets and painters throughout China's history. The city's blend of traditional heritage and modern innovation makes it an exciting and unique travel destination.

Tips for Travelling to Hangzhou

Hangzhou is well-connected by Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, which services both domestic and international flights. High-speed trains also link Hangzhou with other major cities like Shanghai and Beijing. Public transportation, including buses, taxis, and a subway system, makes getting around the city convenient.

The official currency is the Chinese Yuan (CNY), and Chinese Mandarin is the main language. While English is not widely spoken, you'll usually find English-speaking staff at hotels and major tourist sites.

Visa requirements vary based on your nationality, so always check visa policies before your trip. Many countries are eligible for visa-free transit of up to 144 hours when visiting certain regions in China, including Hangzhou.

Popular Attractions in Hangzhou

No visit to Hangzhou is complete without spending time at the UNESCO World Heritage site, the West Lake, with its stunning temples, pagodas, and gardens. Take a boat ride to soak in the lake's serene beauty.
